your tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of two manufacturing teams in daily operations
• Ensuring an efficient production process with regard to quality, deadlines, safety and costs
• Deployment and resource planning in close cooperation with the AVOR and planning
• Recognition and implementation of optimization potential in the manufacturing processes
• Active participation in the introduction of new technologies, systems and automation solutions

Qualifications

your competencies

• Technical-mechanical basic training with further training in production technology or business administration
• Several years of experience in mechanical manufacturing as well as sound knowledge in CNC and CAM
• Verifiable leadership experience, for example as team leader, group leader or shift leader
• Understanding of production planning, Lean Management and continuous improvement processes
• Good user knowledge in MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
