Strategic Procurement & Performance Manager These are your tasks * Make procurement volume (spend) transparent, analyze it by product groups, suppliers, and contracts, and prepare it for control purposes * Maintain and monitor contract and supplier data and actively manage deadlines, options, and call-off volumes * Build and provide key figures, dashboards, and periodic reporting for leadership and management * Monitor compliance with public procurement law (IVöB), internal procurement guidelines, and competence regulations -- including early detection of procurements outside of purchasing * Monitor cost development, supplements, and budget deviations in procurement projects and identify and escalate deviations at an early stage * Act as an interface to financial controlling and plausibilize and coordinate procurement figures from a purchasing perspective * Continuously question procurement and control processes in the sense of a continuous improvement process (CIP) as well as digitalize and automate evaluations What distinguishes you * Commercial basic training with further training towards Finance, Supply Chain, or Purchasing (HF/FH or equivalent) * Several years of professional experience in procurement control, contract or supplier management, or in an analytical purchasing or finance function * Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking as well as confident handling of ERP and procurement systems (SAP S/4HANA, Ariba) and data evaluations (Excel, BI tools) * Good knowledge of public procurement (IVöB) as well as the contract and compliance environment * Structured, precise, and independent way of working with high reliability and quality awareness * Strong communication skills and assertiveness when dealing with stakeholders and interfaces Do you have questions?
