What makes you unique

• Degree from a higher education institution in social sciences, geography, or political science, with professional experience
• Expertise in the field of housing, interest in social policy and spatial planning issues and in themes related to housing
• Experience in research and the use of qualitative and quantitative data obtained
• Excellent writing and synthesis skills, high degree of autonomy and ability to build a network
• Very good active knowledge of two official languages; ideally, good passive knowledge of the third; solid notions of English
• Dynamic personality, team spirit, organizational skills, precision and an interdisciplinary approach

The Federal Office of Housing (OFL) is the Confederation's competence center for housing and real estate management. It implements the Confederation's housing policy and is responsible for tenancy law. To accomplish many of its tasks, the OFL collaborates with various partners, including other federal offices, cantons, cities and municipalities, as well as research institutes, associations and economic sectors.
