What you can achieve

• Design, implementation and documentation of communication networks for facilities of the army, federation and emergency services
• Creation and further development of network concepts with a focus on stability, security and long-term operation
• Configuration, commissioning and testing of network components in projects and operating environments
• Support and targeted assistance for customer networks within the framework of projects and service assignments
• Technical support for project managers in pre-sales, for example with solution concepts, architectural questions and offers
• Analysis and resolution of complex network and security problems in the 3rd-level environment

What you bring with you

• Completed technical training at tertiary level (HF, BSc, MSc or MAS) in engineering or a comparable qualification
• Sound experience with TCP/IP, routing as well as technologies for communication security
• Practical experience with network solutions from manufacturers such as Cisco, Juniper or Checkpoint
• Further training in the field of IP communication is an advantage, for example Cisco certifications
• Experience in the field of microwave radio or interest in learning this field
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, good English skills in speaking and writing (level B2)
• Motivated to learn new things
