Your Task ##

• Support of customers together with the service technicians
• Processing of repairs and complaints in the commercial area
• Identification of spare parts and administration of spare parts management
• Coordination of purchasing and disposition for aftersales activities
• Monitoring of delivery dates and maintenance of relevant master data
