Your Task ##

• Support of 1st and 2nd-level support
• Support Microsoft operating systems, mobile devices and Office
• Collaboration on smaller projects
• Setting up workplaces according to your own ideas of efficiency
• Receipt and recording of IT service desk requests

Your Profile ##

• Completed apprenticeship as Informatiker EFZ or similar training
• You get along well in a team, but can nonetheless work well independently
• You possess good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and client environment
• Driver's license is an advantage
• 1-2 years experience is an advantage
• Problem-free and very good communication in the German language (other languages an advantage)
