HR Business Partner
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner of the Watch Business Unit, you are the strategic HR partner for our watch manufactures and support Manufacture Directors and their teams on human and organizational issues.
A close interlocutor for both managers and employees, you bridge the gap between the industrial priorities of our manufactures and team development.
Employee life cycle
Support employees at every stage of their journey, from integration to development, with real field proximity at the three production sites (Le Sentier, Saignelégier and Neuchâtel)

Talent development and transmission of expertise
Identify the skill needs of teams and apprentices, and collaborate with the Watch Academy Manager on continuous training paths and apprenticeship in watchmaking trades to ensure the transmission of expertise
In collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner, lead talent and succession reviews for critical roles and contribute to the talent pipeline, in partnership with the Talent Acquisition department on key recruitments
Management of HR processes
Manage the recurring HR processes within your scope (performance review, salary review, budget exercises), in partnership with the business
Support the Senior HR Business Partner in constructing workforce plans in connection with production capacities, and anticipate needs in critical and high-demand trades, in partnership with Operations
Utilize HR data (workforce, mobility, attrition, absenteeism) to produce analyses that inform decisions, anticipate needs, and provide objectivity to your recommendations
Advisory and business partnering
In support of the Senior HR Business Partner, advise site directors and production managers on their human and organizational issues, by anticipating the impacts of business transformations and translating industrial priorities into concrete HR solutions, in connection with the Senior HR Business Partner
Coach managers in their posture and HR decisions, and foster engagement and a healthy working climate in a production environment
Support the Senior HR Business Partner in monitoring organizational developments and change management within your scope, in coherence with the Watch BU strategy
Your Journey
Holder of a Master's degree or a Federal Diploma in Human Resources, you benefit from confirmed experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally acquired within an industrial or production environment in an international group.
You demonstrate a solid sense of business and know how to translate operational issues into high value-added HR solutions, relying on the analysis of workforce and HR data to support decision-making.
A true partner, you know how to advise, challenge, and influence your interlocutors, going beyond the application of processes to propose pragmatic solutions adapted to the needs of the organization.
