Ref 2580485 | Date: 23 Sept 2026 Federal Administration Legal Assistant Ittigen, Switzerland (and home office) | 60-80% What you can contribute * Advise the Office's specialized units on public procurement law issues * Accompany the Office's specialized units in the planning and monitoring of legislative projects * Assist jurists in the development of appeal procedures and ensure the management of these procedures * Process requests relating to legislation on transparency, archiving, and data protection * Collaborate in the processing of legal affairs within the Law division * Perform legal research (notably in doctrine and case law), as well as drafting and formatting legal documents What makes you unique * Commercial training completed by additional training or a degree from a higher education institution in the legal field (Federal HES diploma in corporate law, CAS or DAS in legal assistance) or additional training and specific knowledge in the legal field (commercial vocational maturity) * Continuing education as a public procurement specialist (Federal diploma of public procurement specialist) constitutes an advantage * Professional experience as a paralegal or within a law firm, a public prosecutor's office, or a court * Open, communicative and committed personality, spirit of initiative and ability to convince * Good knowledge of administrative and parliamentary processes * Active knowledge of a second official language In a few words You provide legal support to jurists, particularly in the areas of public procurement, legislation, procedure management, and the principle of transparency.
