• Create concepts, fundamentals and instruments in the areas of personnel development, organizational development, occupational health management as well as diversity & inclusion
• Organize workshops, retreats and events
• Create personnel reports
• Draft protocols and manage planning instruments

• University or university of applied sciences degree, preferably with a focus on work and organizational psychology or personnel management
• Project experience as well as interest in occupational health management as well as diversity & inclusion
• Independent, efficient and goal-oriented working style
• Communicative and confident appearance as well as excellent editorial skills
• Good knowledge of a second official language

Migration moves

The State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) is responsible for all migration law matters in Switzerland. The HR Competence Center is responsible for the professional management of learning, development and change processes, health promotion, occupational case management as well as the area of diversity & inclusion.
