Job Description Reporting to the Core Infrastructure Manager, you join the Infrastructure team within a technological environment undergoing full transformation. As an Expert Database, you are the technical referent for the company's database platforms and actively contribute to their evolution, performance, and security. You support strategic projects for architecture modernization, operations automation, and the adoption of Cloud technologies while guaranteeing the reliability of services delivered to the business units. In this role, you will notably be required to: * Define and evolve database architectures to ensure their performance, availability, and scalability * Administer and optimize Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB environments * Lead modernization, automation, and rationalization initiatives for the Database domain * Identify obsolescence risks and implement associated remediation plans * Support business, data, and application projects by providing high-level technical expertise * Define and promote best practices regarding database management, security, and operation * Ensure communication and coordination with Infrastructure, Data, Applications teams and international partners * Participate in complex incident management, on-call activities, and continuous service improvement Qualifications * Higher education in computer science or equivalent experience * 5 to 10 years of significant experience in database administration and architecture * Excellent mastery of Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL; MongoDB experience desired * Demonstrated experience in transformation, modernization, or migration projects of Database environments * Good understanding of Cloud environments and interest in Infrastructure as Code and automation approaches * Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders and to simplify complex subjects * Excellent communication skills, sense of collaboration, and a posture of a recognized technical referent * Professional mastery of English, both written and oral.
