Your tasks: What to expect
Customer/prospective client acquisition, support and consultation

• You conduct consultation talks with interested female and male customers (personally or online).
• Finding solutions:

You support our clients in defining health goals and implementing them in everyday life (e.g., in the areas of nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management).

• Accompanying:

You act as a continuous contact person and motivate the female and male customers on their way.

• Administration:

You record the consultation talks and manage them.
What you bring with you:

• Professional experience:

You have already gained professional experience in another field of activity (e.g. from customer service, HR, sales, pedagogy, gastronomy or fitness).

• Life competence:

You possess high social competence, empathy and a pronounced interest in health topics.

• Communication talent:

You are a strong communicator who can listen well and explain complex things understandably.

• Language skills:

Good German skills in speaking and writing. Good oral knowledge of Swiss German (further languages are a plus).

• Willingness to learn:

You enjoy acquiring new specialist knowledge in the field of health and prevention.
