These tasks await you

• Advising, supporting, and independently managing our customers in financial market law and compliance (GwG, AIA, FATCA, FIDLEG, FINIG), in contract law, and other legal areas (inheritance law, DSG, SchkG, labor law)
• Monitoring regulatory developments at international and national levels, providing appropriate information, and clarifying the need for action for our customers
• Implementing regulatory projects
• Developing model instructions, model contracts, and other templates
• Co-designing and conducting subject-specific training and information events

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in law, business law, or a diploma as an auditor; professional continuing education in financial market law or a lawyer's patent can be an advantage
• Professional experience in financial market law and compliance is required
• You have sound knowledge of supervisory topics such as VSB, GwG, FIDLEG, AIA, FATCA, sanctions, etc.
• Excellent German skills in speaking and writing
• Thanks to your flexibility and service orientation, you also represent our company directly on-site at customers' locations if required and act professionally and in a partnership-oriented manner
• Analytical thinking and recognizing connections are among your strengths
• You are an open and communicative personality, like to show initiative, are sociable, and do not lose sight of practical and customer-oriented solutions
