It is supported by the three main actors of the linguistic regions (alter ego / Pro Senectute Ticino e Moesano and the Unabhängige Beschwerdestelle für das Alter UBA). It informs, raises awareness, and networks specialized organizations, and guarantees advice and support to the persons concerned through specialized help desks. The Centre de compétence national manages a secretariat provided with administrative support. From or date to be agreed, we are looking for ---------------------------------------------------- a director (60%) ------------------------------------- Thanks to your work, you contribute to ensuring that elderly people facing difficult life situations receive support: you ensure the link between the persons concerned and the specialized help desks, you raise awareness regarding the issue of violence against elderly people throughout Switzerland, and you develop and consolidate the coordination and networking of organizations, institutions, and specialized actors in this field. As director, you ensure the operational management of the organization, develop the Centre de compétence, and strengthen the presence and impact of the organization through public relations and communication work. You are responsible for the finances and maintain close contacts with the responsible bodies and funders of the organization. You are responsible for the internal coordination of the help desks of the linguistic regions and supervise the administrative employee. We are looking for a committed personality, possessing a good network and a sensitivity to social issues. You have a background in business management and experience in directing a non-profit organization. Professional experience in the field of elderly people, as well as in the field of communication and marketing, constitutes an asset. You master digital communication (newsletters, social networks). You like to work autonomously and appreciate strategic work, in consultation with the committee. You have ease in communicating in several languages: you are bilingual (German/French) or possess very good knowledge of the other language, and the challenge of trilingual communication (German/French/Italian) does not scare you.
