Every year, the IFJ Institut für Jungunternehmen accompanies 20'000 entrepreneurs throughout Switzerland on the path to their own company, and well beyond. Our Education Programs team is young, warm and loves when things move forward. We organize encouragement programs and coaching, courses, webinars and events. We thus accompany several thousand people every year on their entrepreneurial journey. If you want to be part of our team, we have something for you:

At the heart of your activity:

• You examine the submitted summary concept, conduct interviews with project holders and evaluate the business idea according to defined criteria
• You record your assessment in writing and formulate an understandable recommendation for the insured person and the cantonal service
• You defend your evaluation during the tripartite interview and clarify the next steps
• You support the entire coaching team by managing the Coaching mailbox, the coordination of appointments as well as the follow-up of decisions and documents of the coached persons
• You manage the deadlines and the files in Valais autonomously and you are the reliable interlocutor for our contacts in the canton

You are an open and communicative person, and you bring:

• French as a native language and very good German orally and in writing
• Passion for themes related to business creation and the pleasure of accompanying people at a turning point in their lives
• Several years of professional experience and a certain ease when facing authorities
• A diploma of ES/HES level or equivalent experience, as well as an understanding of economic issues
• A strong sense of organization: you work autonomously and actively seek out what you are missing
• The ability to evaluate in a structured manner and to motivate an assessment with objectivity
• Reliability, team spirit and a sense of responsibility are obvious to us
