What awaits you
Project management of a wide variety of projects in different areas (business, specialist, regulatory, transformation, and IT projects)
Overall responsibility for all project phases, incl. project budget, target definition, as well as controlling
Very close cooperation and coordination with internal specialist departments as well as internal and external stakeholders. Depending on the topic, involvement of our IT network association Esprit or other external project partners
Regular communication to the specialist departments as well as the entire bank
Active accompaniment of the change incl. planning and implementation of training sessions
Recognizing dependencies and synergies and their continuous coordination
Leadership of project employees (depending on the project)
Management of several different projects
Contribution to knowledge building in the team and support as a sparring partner
Your place of work is Olten or Zürich (with willingness to travel to Olten) with the possibility of working partially from home.
What we expect
Several years of sound project management experience as a project manager is mandatory
Further training in project management and/or business administration
Solid, broad banking expertise (financing, investing, retail) or similar industries
Analytical thinking skills, quick comprehension, and IT affinity
Confident appearance, persuasiveness, and perseverance
Solution orientation, open mindset, empathy, and reliability
Good sociocracy knowledge is an advantage

Compensation
At ABS we have a compensation model that ensures equal pay for work of equal value. Our salaries are internally transparent and we guarantee a salary range of maximum 1:5 between the lowest and the highest salary. For this role, the starting annual gross salary is around CHF 120'000.-. The classification is based on clear and transparent criteria.
