Customer Support: You are the central contact person for our customers and are responsible for the entire order processing – from the creation of an offer to the order.
Consulting: You support our customers with tailor-made sales and technical solutions that meet their needs.
Coordination: You monitor and organize deliveries to ensure a smooth process.
Knowledge & Experience
Education: You have a completed technical or commercial apprenticeship – ideally with initial experience or a passion for the electrical industry
Experience: You bring professional practice in inside sales and in project work (an advantage)
Languages: Very good German in spoken and written form, English is an advantage.
IT Skills: You are confident in using MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not a must – we are happy to teach it to you.
Personality: You are service-oriented, flexible and proactive – qualities that characterize you.
