Your Task ##

• Independent processing of customer orders from receipt to invoicing (national and international)
• Creation and coordination of the required export documents, incl. dangerous goods documentation for all transport routes - road, sea, air
• Cooperation with the logistics, production, and sales departments for smooth order processing
• Processing of customer inquiries and complaints with a high degree of service orientation
• Maintenance and continuous updating of master data as well as documentation in the ERP system

Your Profile ##

• Commercial training as well as completed further training in export
• Several years of professional experience in export
• Knowledge in handling Microsoft Dynamics as well as in the dangerous goods area is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working with a high quality standard
