What you can contribute

• Operate and secure Windows server environments in the data centers and manage the lifecycle of alert automation and smart home applications
• Integrate smart home systems into the network infrastructure and ensure their security; ensure the technical interface between specialized smart home services, providers, and the Network group; proceed with the acceptance of network connections
• Assume overall technical responsibility for time tracking, apprentice training workshops (LEMPS), and the IT infrastructure (smart home) within the two data centers; autonomously manage incidents, problems, and change
• Plan and implement technically the service level agreements (SLA) for the supported services
• Develop and maintain up-to-date automation regarding operation, monitoring, and deployment

What makes you unique

• Diploma (CFC, ES or HES) in computer science or systems technology completed by several years of experience in the Infrastructure and Operations field
• Solid experience in Windows server environments (Active Directory, group policies, certificates, patch management, and troubleshooting)
• Deep knowledge of networks and security in the fields of operational technologies and IT systems
• Practical experience with Linux systems or open source infrastructures, an asset
• Ideally, knowledge of two official languages
