Your area of responsibility includes the high-quality processing of invoices in all outpatient specialist departments. This includes checking according to legal, medical, and internal insurance specifications as well as the payment or dispute of benefits. For the necessary clarifications, you will be in regular telephone and written contact with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, as well as other service providers and, if necessary, work hand in hand with our Medical Advisory Service. In addition, you will competently answer the inquiries of our insured persons.
