Your task ##

• 1st and 2nd Level IT Support for all companies in the corporate group
• Training in the area of IT - installation of hardware and software
• User management as well as granting of permissions
• Maintenance of telephony and server maintenance
• Interface to external IT service provider
• Support in IT projects

• IT-specific basic training or initial professional experience in the IT environment
• Proven computer and network knowledge
• Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office and Exchange
