La Fondation Transport Handicap Vaud is a non-profit organization, recognized as being of public utility, which offers mobility to people with disabilities.

The "Planning" department, composed of 4 employees, organizes and plans the transport of beneficiaries. In order to complete this team, we are looking for immediately:

A Transport Planner

at 100%.

Your mission:

• Plan transport taking into account available resources (drivers and vehicles), specific client pick-up protocols, and the company regulations on working time.
• Manage changes in planning, particularly in case of transport cancellation, delay, road traffic problems, or any other unforeseen event.
• Provide support to drivers and inform them in case of questions.
• Answer telephone calls from our institutional partners regarding questions related to transport.
• Manage the administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of the department.

Your profile:

• You have several years of experience in transport planning, ideally in the social or medical field.
• You master the Office 365 IT tool and knowledge of Medlink would be an asset.
• You have a good knowledge of the geography of Suisse romande and particularly the Grand Lausanne.
• You like working under a certain urgency and thus utilizing your stress resistance.
• You have the ability to analyze a situation and quickly find relevant solutions.
• Your benevolence, your listening skills, and your customer orientation allow you to manage driver requests and facilitate the smooth running of transports.
• Thanks to your team spirit, you support your colleagues and collaborate easily between departments.
