Bern (and Homeoffice) | 80-100% (job sharing possible) | This is your contribution * Be professionally responsible for the overarching test strategy, test planning, and test control of the Mobile Security Communication System (MSK) across all layers, systems, user organizations, and suppliers * Design and coordinate integration, verification, and end-to-end validation (E2E) including test stages, test environments, test data, test configurations, dependencies, and test campaigns * Define test and acceptance methodology as well as ensure traceability between requirements, use cases, test cases, results, and findings * Professionally coordinate tests carried out by internal and external specialist departments and consolidate results and findings to assess the maturity and operational readiness of the overall MSK system * Plan and control test activities in the Proof of Concept (PoC) and prepare the later system, integration, interoperability, and operational validations What makes you unique * Bachelor's degree or higher vocational training in computer science, telecommunications, system engineering, or a comparable field as well as several years of experience in the test management of complex ICT systems * Sound experience with test strategy, system and integration tests, as well as E2E verification and validation * Experience in coordinating tests across multiple systems, organizations, suppliers, and test environments as well as in structured finding management * Good knowledge of test automation, test frameworks, traceability, as well as modern test and application lifecycle management tools * Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills as well as the ability to combine technical and operational test results into a comprehensible overall assessment * Good active knowledge of at least one second official language In a nutshell Become part of Kommando Cyber as a Senior Test Manager/-in and shape the overarching test and validation strategy of MSK and ensure that the individual components, networks, and services can be integrated, verified, and validated for use as a continuous E2E overall system.
