For our Sion office, we are looking for a motivated and experienced person in fiduciary at the position of mandate manager, holder of a fiduciary expert diploma or holder of a bachelor's in business administration, a specialist certificate in finance and accounting - or equivalent training, with several years of experience. Start date: 1st February 2027 (to be discussed). You will take on a varied and responsible role. In this function, you will ensure the autonomous follow-up of an existing portfolio of SME clients, with a focus on catering and hospitality. To find out more, visit our [website](< >) or follow us on [LinkedIn](< >) or [Facebook.](< >) ### Tasks Mandates * You manage your own portfolio of clients and you supervise the work of accounting assistants. * You are the main interlocutor and advise your clients proactively. * You accompany your clients in their financial, organizational and strategic decisions (company creation, restructurings, succession, etc.). Accounting * You take care of general accounting, the closing of accounts, as well as the preparation of VAT returns (bookkeeping for companies and self-employed). Payroll & social insurance * Complete and autonomous management of payroll and AVS/AI/APG/LAA/LPP etc. returns. Taxation * Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities as well as tax advice. * You intervene as a trusted partner in matters of tax advice (optimization, planning). ### Requirements * Proven experience in fiduciary with preparation of closings; several years of experience in payroll management is indispensable. * Training -- holder of a fiduciary expert diploma (in progress or planned), a bachelor's in business administration, a specialist certificate in finance and accounting - or equivalent training. * Autonomy & rigor -- Ability to work independently, organized and efficiently. * Proactivity & flexibility -- Solution-oriented approach, sense of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit. * Interpersonal skills -- Taste for direct contact with clients and teamwork. * Digital skills -- Mastery of Abacus (COFI, payroll and creditors modules) and/or similar accounting programs, MS Office, M-Files, interest in digitalization. * Proximity -- Pleasure in advising and long-term accompanying families of entrepreneurs.
