Your tasks - responsibility with scope for design ##

• Planning, coordination, and supervision of the assignments of 15-18 service technicians
• Telephone receipt of service and repair orders as well as ensuring efficient use of available resources
• Monitoring, planning, and controlling of service assignments as well as coordination of appointments with internal and external contact persons
• Organization and planning of warranty work

Your profile - what you bring with you ##

• Initial professional experience in dispatching, logistics, or freight forwarding - ideally with a focus on deployment planning
• Experience in the construction industry and/or in the field of sun and weather protection is an advantage
• Team-oriented, service-oriented personality with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing
