Your Task ##

• Processing of accounts payable invoices and invoice workflows
• Execution of payment runs and expense management
• Preparation of cost center reports and their evaluation
• Account reconciliations and interface support in the accounts payable area
• Participation in monthly closings, budget preparation and, upon request, apprentice supervision

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial training as well as further training in the field of finance or accounting
• Several years of practice in accounts payable and payment transactions desirable
• Structured way of working as well as a strong affinity for numbers
• Interest in process optimization and continuous improvement
• Very good German skills and solid English skills necessary
