• As the first point of contact for telephone customer inquiries in the area of premium reduction, you ensure a positive customer experience with your efficient, open and service-oriented conversation management
• Your working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:15-12:00 and 13:15-17:00
• You quickly find suitable solutions, specifically point out digital service offerings and ensure that our customers always feel well taken care of
• Whether in a team or independently - you continuously develop yourself, think actively and contribute new ideas
• Mutual trust forms the basis of our cooperation - and allows you to work partly from home after successful professional induction
• Fixed-term employment from immediately until max. 31. January 2027

• You use digital tools routinely, work efficiently and maintain an overview even with a high volume of calls
• You are aware that the task can become very hectic and we demand high quality even under high pressure
• Experience in telephone customer service is a basic requirement. Ideally, you have completed commercial training
• Very good German skills (native speaker level) and you communicate clearly, professionally and customer-oriented
• Fixed, planned working hours within the service hours meet your expectations
