As a Project Management Officer, you will create the foundations for our department, which unites, among others, Militär, Zivilschutz und Justizvollzug. You enjoy approaching people and are open to new things: varied, with exchange on-site.

Your tasks

• You manage the project portfolio and create the framework conditions for project management: standards, instruments and rules on how work is performed and reported. In order for these to be implemented successfully, you work closely with the project managers.
• You lead projects yourself and advise the departments from the choice of method to the planning, so that ideas become viable projects.
• You analyze and simplify processes directly in the departments and build your network in the process. For digitalization and organizational projects, you also keep an eye on the people who are affected by them.
• In tool management, e.g., with SharePoint and M365, you bear the responsibility and further develop the solutions. In doing so, you are the central interface for ICT concerns and coordinate cooperation with IT.
• You prepare, conduct and coordinate procurements. You will build up the necessary know-how step by step.

Your profile

• You have higher vocational training or a university of applied sciences degree (e.g., business administration, business informatics) as well as knowledge in project management, acquired through further training (e.g., IPMA Level D, HERMES) or in studies/HF.
• You bring experience in project portfolio management or are willing to acquire it, and process management (e.g., BPMN) is familiar to you.
• You have experience in leading projects and are familiar with classic, agile or HERMES-based methodologies. You keep the needs of various stakeholders in mind.
• You are proficient in M365 and SharePoint, you understand the connections between data and systems, and exchanging with the development team appeals to you.
• You recognize problems early, get involved and work together on solutions, even if not everything is yet clear. In doing so, you are independent, maintain an overview and understand the departments as your customers.
