Real Estate Property Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)

Noldin Immobilien AG is a family-owned company with a mixed real estate portfolio in the greater Zurich area. We primarily manage family-owned properties and are active in the development and construction of new real estate projects. To support the existing team, we are looking for a Real Estate Property Manager 80-100% (m/f/d).

Your tasks include:

• Management of a mixed portfolio with a focus on residential properties, but also commercial and ancillary objects
• Leading a property management team with administrative staff
• Contact with tenants, tradespeople, authorities, etc.
• Correspondence of all kinds via e-mail, letter, and telephone
• Inspections and handovers of rental objects during tenant changes
• Organization and implementation of regular maintenance
• Accounting / control of accounts payable
• Organization and implementation of the dunning process
• Coordination and monitoring of lease management (changes, adjustments, etc.)
• Participation in conciliation proceedings
• Management and settlement of insurance cases
• Cooperation with internal employees of facility management and cleaning

You meet the following requirements:

• Completed training as a Real Estate Property Manager with federal diploma (eidg. FA)
• Many years of experience in real estate management
• Very good knowledge of tenancy law
• Good construction knowledge
• Target-group-oriented communication in German, both written and spoken
• Driver's license category B
• Resilient organizational talent with assertiveness
• Networked thinking and accounting interest / flair for numbers
• High social competence
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Ready-to-perform, committed, and reliable personality

Advantageous:

• Knowledge of the real estate software RIMO R5
• Foreign language skills

A versatile and demanding activity in a structured organization awaits you. As a Real Estate Property Manager, you will manage your real estate portfolio independently and lead your two-person team. Within the framework of your daily work, you will be supported by our experienced management team.

Our beautiful office premises are centrally located near Wiedikon station. We offer you market-rate remuneration, a 40-hour week at 100%, as well as the possibility to work from home one day per week. It is advantageous if you can start the position as soon as possible, otherwise by arrangement.
