Head of Inventory Management, 80-100 %

As Head of Inventory Management, you will work together with your 6-member team to ensure that ewz never runs out of material.

Tasks ##

• Setting goals, giving feedback, promoting development, offering support: This is how you lead your 6-member team.
• You are responsible for negotiations with purchasing and suppliers regarding conditions for consignment stock or just-in-time deliveries.
• A clean concept for master data as well as an overview of stocks is your responsibility - including quality and currency in the inventory management system.
• Optimal material management (from ordering to delivery) as well as the continuous optimization of inventory levels, coverage, turnover rates, and goods flows are within your area of responsibility.
• Tenders in the field of logistics are a team effort - you know the process and ensure an overview until completion.

Profile ##

• You have a commercial or technical basic education and have further trained, for example, in the field of Supply Chain Management (FH) or comparable.
• You bring leadership experience and keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
• Confident use of SAP (MM, WM) and MS Office is part of your daily work routine.
• You communicate stylistically confidently in German and appear confident and binding towards colleagues and suppliers.
• You recognize synergies with other departments early on and use them purposefully to continuously improve workflows and processes.
