Experienced Mandate Manager Fiduciary D/E

Your tasks

• You independently manage your own portfolio and are the first point of contact for your customers
• You accompany them in all fiduciary matters
• Client accounting mandates; preparation and review of annual financial statements
• Tax returns
• Management of payroll accounting mandates
• Consulting in the areas of accounting, taxes and corporate management
• Accompanying company foundations, restructurings, capital changes and succession solutions
• Support and professional coaching of employees
• Co-shaping of digital processes

Your profile

• Commercial basic training supplemented by specialized further training (federal diploma, university/FH degree)
• Planning for the training of an expert diploma would be welcomed and supported
• Some years of experience in the fiduciary industry in mandate management
• You are committed, independent and are proactive
• You appreciate a digital environment and are interested in it
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Initiative, quality awareness and entrepreneurial thinking
• German is your native language or you have impeccable knowledge, it is an advantage if you also have English skills
• Your ideal age is between 25 - 45 years
