Your tasks ##

• Independent, timely processing of all accounts payable invoices, credit notes, payment reversals, and reminders, as well as processing of special cases
• Responsibility for ensuring master data entry
• Contacting and clarifying - also by telephone - with suppliers and other stakeholders
• Use of data and reporting
• Processing and management of incoming mail
• Contact person for all topics regarding invoice processing
• Deputy within the team
• Taking on additional tasks
• Ensuring a high standard of service quality towards external and internal customers

Your profile ##

• You have completed a commercial basic training (KV) or a comparable qualification
• You bring commercial professional experience, of which one to two years in real estate management is an advantage
• You have a good understanding in the area of accounting / bookkeeping
• Your mother tongue is German and you have very good correspondence skills, further languages are an advantage
• You enjoy working with numbers and IT systems
• You possess an independent and reliable way of working
• You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
• You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
