Our client is active in an industrial environment and offers challenging activities in a well-coordinated team. Currently, reinforcement in the form of an experienced Informatiker/in EFZ is being sought. The function comprises a workload of 80 to 100 percent and offers versatile development opportunities in the field of IT.

Your tasks

• Support of users with questions and problems
• Implementation of IT projects with a focus on process optimization
• Processing and analysis of technical inquiries and error rectifications
• Training and accompaniment of users with new processes

Your profile

• Completed training as Informatiker EFZ
• Experience in IT support and in the optimization of technical processes
• Sound knowledge of SQL and Windows environments
• Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage
