Finance Manager (m/f/d)

As Finance Manager (m/f/d), you will take on operational and strategic responsibility for our finance and controlling. You will manage all accounting processes, create meaningful management reportings, and provide the management and shareholders with the financial basis for decision-making for the further development of Intrexx GmbH.

In your role as Finance Manager (m/f/d), you are the strategic and financial backbone of our company. You are responsible for the smooth running of our financial processes and make complex numerical data transparent for management and our shareholders. With your deep understanding of numbers, systems, and analyses, you are a central driver for our further growth in the software and platform business.

Your Daily Business:

• The independent preparation and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB is in your hands, including the preparation of tax returns as well as close cooperation with auditors and tax advisors.
• For our management team and shareholders, you create precise, monthly performance reportings, meaningful financial dashboards, and board packs.
• Within your area of responsibility, you also bear responsibility for integrated corporate planning (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) as well as for ongoing rolling forecasts and liquidity management.
• You proactively drive detailed variance and target-actual analyses, the tracking of relevant KPIs (ARR, NRR, CAC, EBITDA), as well as the provision of valuable decision templates in daily business.
• Utilizing our integrated system landscape, you continuously optimize and further develop our internal finance and controlling processes.

• Several years of sound professional experience in finance/controlling or in auditing forms your foundation, ideally gained in a B2B software/SaaS environment or a dynamic IT company.
• Proven practical knowledge in Microsoft Business Central (or Dynamics 365), LucaNet, as well as Salesforce CRM will guide you confidently through our integrated data worlds via the Intrexx platform.
• A high degree of attention to detail, quality of work, and reliability regarding numbers and reports are your top priorities.
• Independent action, strong implementation competence, and reliable adherence to deadlines characterize your way of working, especially during monthly closings and board meetings.
• A confident appearance and strong communication skills characterize you when presenting financial data to the management and shareholders, as well as experience in transactions and M&A.
