Real Estate Controller (m/f/d) from or after agreement Winterthur/Opfikon, 90-100% What you will do: * In your own portfolio, you ensure the implementation of the requirements of a well-known owner, so that the closings, the quarterly forecasts, as well as the annual budgets are entered correctly. Additionally, you perform, among other things, the top-down analysis of the quarterly and monthly closings using a target/actual comparison. * As the central contact person for forecasts, you ensure the exchange of information and, in the event of deviations, you initiate the corresponding measures between all departments of Wincasa. * You analyze the booked and entered numbers, check closings and forecasts as well as the budget, and ensure that the financial data is correct. * You accompany colleagues in the preparation of their forecasts and budgets or support them with accounting questions. * Ongoing review and analysis of existing processes and development of optimization proposals.
