As part of our development, we are looking for a Litigation Assistant to join our dynamic team. ### Responsibilities * Ensure the monitoring and control of payment arrangements. * Prepare and establish formal notices, summons to tenants/co-owners as well as lease terminations for tenants in case of default of payment. * Establish correspondence to tenants/co-owners and handle all requests and complaints. * Ensure the monitoring of payments from tenants/co-owners in collaboration with the Accounting services (PPE and management) and Management. * Provide administrative assistance to the Litigation Manager. ### Qualifications * Experience in real estate agencies in Switzerland, in the field of litigation, an asset. * In-depth knowledge of Swiss lease law, an asset. * Good mastery of IT tools * Great ease in contacts, diplomacy, pragmatism, and a helpful and jovial personality. * To be organized. ### Benefits * A diversified position within a dynamic real estate agency. * Close collaboration with a team of professionals. * Autonomous work in connection with the various stakeholders of the Group's partner companies. * A pleasant framework and working environment. * An attractive remuneration commensurate with the required experience. * 5 weeks of vacation, then 6 weeks from 5 years of seniority. * Flexible hours from 6h30 to 19h30. * Teleworking possible from the end of the probationary period. ### Information to apply If you are motivated to join our company, we invite you to submit your application with a complete file including diplomas and work certificates.
