Graphic Designer (m/f/d) full-time

• Designing: Develop creative collections for greeting cards, gift packaging, calendars, and other stationery products. From the first idea to the finished design, you bring your creative touch.
• Developing ideas: Conceive modern designs, illustrations, typographies, and color worlds that inspire our target groups and capture current trends.
• Discovering trends: Observe new design, lifestyle, and consumer trends and let them flow into the development of our products.
• Accompanying projects: Supervise your projects from the first draft to the market launch, ensuring a consistent design language across all product lines.
• Collaborating: Work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and pre-press and actively contribute your ideas to the team.
• Thinking ahead: In addition to creative design, also keep technical requirements, printing processes, and production workflows in view.
• Education: You have a completed degree or training in the field of graphic design, communication design, or a comparable specialization.
• Professional experience: Ideally, you already have experience in graphic or product design, preferably in the field of stationery, greeting cards, gift items, or publishing.
• Sense for design and trends: Creativity is in your blood and you recognize new trends early on, which you can translate into modern products in a target-group-oriented manner.
• Software skills: You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. You are also familiar with the requirements of pre-press.
• Quality awareness: You work carefully, with an eye for detail, and have a good sense of typography, colors, and high-quality design.
• Structure and team spirit: You organize your projects independently, maintain an overview even with multiple tasks, and enjoy working in a team.
• Flexibility: You enjoy managing various creative projects in parallel and bringing in new ideas.
