Junior Digital Marketing Specialist (Focus CMS, AI & Automation) 80 – 100%, Zürich, temporary for 1 year

To temporarily reinforce our marketing team, we are looking for a*n Junior Digital Marketing Specialist (80–100%).

In this versatile junior role, you will support our marketing team in daily digital business and simultaneously help to make our processes and systems more efficient.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance and updating of our website as well as recording content in the CMS
• Publication of posts on LinkedIn and support with emailings
• Creation and adaptation of digital marketing materials and visuals
• Maintenance and quality assurance of data in our CRM and newsletter tool
• Creation and optimization of workflows and automations, especially with Power Automate and AI Agents
• Setting up and testing new functions and AI applications
• Support with further digital and operational marketing tasks

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a Mediamatiker*in EFZ or have training or a degree in Digital Business, Wirtschaftsinformatik or a comparable field
• Career starter or first relevant professional experience
• Great interest in digital tools, processes, data and automation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365; initial experience with SharePoint, Power Automate or HubSpot is an advantage
• Initial experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and pleasure in integrating them meaningfully into work processes and trying out new applications
• Structured, reliable and quality-conscious way of working
• Hands-on mentality and service orientation
• Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
