All our machines are specifically designed for our customers, so each product is unique. Today, we collaborate with customers spread across 22 countries around the world and we have 8 subsidiaries located in Europe, Brazil, Japan and Australia.

In this capacity, we wish to welcome a Manufacturing Methods Agent to complete our Methods Office of 9 people.

THIS OPPORTUNITY INVOLVES SEVERAL TASKS INCLUDING: ####

. Processing technical releases (ETJ - Émission Technique Journalière).
. Controlling and validating data entered into the ERP (articles, bills of materials).
. Analyzing and optimizing manufacturing drawings to improve productivity.
. Defining the steps and techniques necessary for the manufacture of mechanical-welded and machined components, in accordance with the required specifications.
. Creating and documenting manufacturing and assembly operating sequences. Writing and managing manufacturing documentation.
. Processing non-conformities (NC).
. Processing production deviations, analyzing them, correcting them and ensuring follow-up on actions taken.
. Analyzing costs and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
. Analyzing Make or Buy based on directives and collaborating closely with the different departments (Technical Office, workshops, purchasing and logistics).
. Participating in the industrialization of new parts in collaboration with the technical and purchasing departments.

IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE BEST POSSIBLE COLLABORATION, WE IMPERATIVELY REQUIRE: ####

. ES level, Bachelor or equivalent in mechanics and/or locksmithing
. 3 years of experience ideally as a Methods Agent
. Knowledge of welding and machining manufacturing processes
. Knowledge of ISO drawing standards
. Knowledge of using an ERP
. English B1 is an asset
