The employer is looking for a

jurist (reported profession)

Tasks:

• carry out legal in-depth studies mainly in the field of occupational pension schemes, real estate law and public law
• manage litigation, if necessary in collaboration with external legal representatives
• provide legal support to the pension sector, in particular for complex cases (e.g. disability, recourse, etc.)
• provide legal support to the real estate sector, in particular in the field of leasing and construction
• provide support to the Management in the legal field and in project development
• examine from a legal profile the content of contracts with suppliers of works, goods and services
• examine from a legal profile the documentation relating to investments
• examine from a legal profile the content of regulations and directives issued by the Institute
• willingness to undergo training/further education in the field of occupational pension schemes

Requirements:

• university education in law (licentiate, bachelor or master) obtained in Switzerland
• knowledge and interest in social insurance, real estate and public law
• several years of practical experience as a jurist, in particular in litigation management, in the drafting/analysis of contracts and regulations and/or in the management of benefit cases
• predisposition for both individual and teamwork
• flexibility, proactivity and good organizational skills
• native Italian and good knowledge of German and/or French
• constitute a preferential qualification: work experience in the field of occupational pension schemes or social insurance or at a public law entity
