YOUR TASKS

• You accompany the integration of new business units and actively help shape the establishment and further development of their finance and controlling structures.
• You analyze and optimize financial processes -- from invoicing to receivables management to reporting.
• You lead demanding finance and controlling projects and represent the interests of the CFO area in group-wide endeavors, for example during the introduction of new tariff systems.
• You prepare sound decision-making bases for management, develop concrete recommendations for action and accompany their implementation.
• You work closely with various specialist departments such as finance, controlling, revenue management, strategy and IT as well as with the clinics.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a professional or university degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification, ideally with a focus on health economics, finance or controlling.
• You bring professional experience in the finance and controlling sector, preferably in healthcare. In doing so, you understand the financial contexts and processes in hospitals and corporate structures.
• You work independently and responsibly, are flexible and appreciate the variety provided by assignments at different locations in Switzerland as well as regular exchange within the team.
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, critically question existing processes, develop practical solutions and convincingly coordinate different interests.
• You have a good understanding of financial systems and digital processes. Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is an advantage.
• You communicate confidently in German and English. French skills are an additional plus.
