What awaits you

The processing of daily general ledger documents, assistance with the reconciliation of clearing accounts, and the coordination of related postings are among your main tasks

• You also assist with the daily reconciliation of correspondent banks and payment transactions incl. posting of correspondent bank transactions
• In the case of open transactions or special cases, you take care of the clarifications with contact persons
• As part of quality assurance, you help with the quarterly collection of balance confirmations
• Deputy tasks in accounts payable as well as situational support during closing work round off your portfolio of tasks

What you bring with you

You have a commercial education and bring experience in accounting

• Your professional experience was ideally gained at a bank
• You are characterized by an analytical, exact, and independent way of working and enjoy working with IT systems (Excel, SAP, Avaloq)
• You look forward to working in a team with Nithusha, Andrea, Alexander, and Thomas. In doing so, you work in the office directly at the Aarau station or elsewhere within the framework of our Work Smart possibilities
