Your tasks

• Deliver payment orders and threats of bankruptcy as well as execute seizures and carry out realizations, combined with securing measures on-site
• Decide on the seizability / non-seizability of movable and immovable assets as well as of claims
• Create legal decrees and calculate the subsistence minimum as well as independent organization in the area of seizures
• Monitor incoming payments and forward them to entitled parties / creditors
• Serve customers at the counter, on the phone and on-site (debtors, creditors, employers, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed commercial or equivalent training
• Independent and responsible personality with organizational talent
• Confident appearance and good assertiveness
• Impeccable reputation (no debt enforcement proceedings)
• Very good German skills (C2)
• Driver's license B as well as own vehicle for field service activity
