As a Working Student Medical Claims, you will support the Claims business unit in the Medical Claims team at Zurich Schweiz and actively participate in the processing of medical claims. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment, examining medical claim reports, preparing documents for case processing, and managing claims with the support of our experts. You will be in exchange with customers and opposing parties. You will support your team with administrative tasks and projects. What awaits you * You support our team in the processing of medical claims and ensure efficient, correct settlement. * You examine incoming claim reports and prepare the documents for further processing. * You clarify open questions with our customers as well as opposing parties and thus support smooth case processing. * You participate in the optimization of internal processes and contribute your ideas for increasing efficiency. * You take on administrative tasks and support the team with ongoing projects.
