You manage requests from our suppliers concerning product information and our PIM solution in a competent and service-oriented manner, in close coordination with your team.

You coordinate the supply of product information necessary for commerce from our suppliers and maintain an overview of open procurement orders and their status.

You support our suppliers and retailers in a smooth exchange of product and master data and contribute to high data quality. To this end, you analyze the data, detect anomalies and error sources, and seek their causes.

You establish a partnership relationship with our suppliers and retailers and advise them on technical and procedural questions.

You plan and conduct training sessions as well as presentations for our customers. You convey our technical solutions and content clearly and practically - via Teams as well as on-site if necessary.

You bring your everyday experience to the optimization of our processes and the development of our PIM solution.

You support the definition of technical requirements, the execution of system tests, as well as projects surrounding master data management, data quality, and digitalization.

With increasing experience and a deep understanding of our processes, you progressively assume additional responsibilities, for example for the management of selected commercial partners or performance areas.

Basic commercial training (e.g., CFC commercial employee, CFC retail specialist) or equivalent training; higher education or a bachelor's degree is an advantage but not a requirement.

Several years of professional experience - ideally in the field of master data, product information, or digital services.

Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage.

Experience with PIM systems as well as knowledge of GDSN and digital data exchange formats is an advantage.

Experience in retail, wholesale, or the consumer goods sector is an advantage.

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as openness to using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

Strong analytical and systemic mindset as well as pleasure in understanding data and relationships in more detail and in familiarizing yourself with new technical and system topics.

Great sense of initiative, autonomy, and quality awareness as well as a structured and reliable way of working.

Excellent communication skills and pleasure in customer contact as well as in conducting training and presentations.
