Your tasks ##

• You support specialists in all matters of daily business and are responsible for general data maintenance
• You advise tenants, caretakers, tradespeople, and authorities by telephone and provide information
• You perform administrative tasks and process tenant correspondence
• You process incoming terminations
• You process damage reports, issue and coordinate repair orders
• You check and post accounts payable invoices
• You prepare interim and final utility statements

Your profile ##

• You have completed a KV apprenticeship EFZ or an equivalent qualification (e.g., architectural drafter)
• You have sound commercial professional experience, ideally from our industry, and are ready to learn new things
• Your native language is German and ideally you can communicate in other languages orally and in writing
• You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-regulation
• You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
• You bring an affinity for technology and can apply new technologies
• You possess self-learning competence and enjoy sharing your knowledge
