• Conducting disciplinary proceedings against persons liable for civil service and drafting disciplinary decisions and criminal complaints (predominantly in German)
• Collaborating in administrative appeal proceedings (drafting statements and revocation decisions)
• Providing legal information as part of internal legal advice as well as clarifying legal questions within the framework of digitalization projects
• Collaborating in agency consultation and co-reporting procedures
• Collaborating in the elaboration of federal decrees

Civil Service -- Enforcement and Development

ZIVI is responsible within the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (WBF) for admission to civil service, the support of civil service personnel (Zivis) and the deployment companies. It enables persons who refuse military service for reasons of conscience to fulfill their service obligation.

Additional information

For admission to a university internship at the Federal Administration, your last university degree must not be more than 18 months ago. The internship is limited to one year.
