Do you want to be responsible for demanding ICT projects from the idea to successful implementation and actively contribute within an agile organization? Then a versatile task awaits you at Galenica IT at the interface between Business, IT, Value Streams, Platform Services and external partners.

Depending on your experience and the project responsibility assumed, the classification as Professional or Senior will be made.

What you can achieve ##

• You lead ICT projects from initialization to successful handover to operations.
• You are responsible for project goals, scope, deadlines, quality, costs, resources and risks.
• You manage project budgets, which depending on the undertaking can be between several 100'000 CHF.
• You lead interdisciplinary project teams professionally and coordinate internal as well as external partners.
• You work closely with our Value Streams, Platform and Product teams as well as specialist departments.
• You create transparency through professional reporting and prepare decisions for clients and management.
• You moderate workshops and project committees and accompany changes until sustainable anchoring.
• You participate proactively in the further development of our project management standards, methods and governance.

What you bring with you ##

• Higher vocational training or university degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in leading ICT projects
• Good knowledge of classical, agile and hybrid project management methods, SAFe is an advantage
• Experience in stakeholder, risk, change and supplier management
• Strong communication, moderation and problem-solving skills
• Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
• We expect a recognized project management certification (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2 or HERMES).
