For our state-of-the-art headquarters in Zürich-West, we are looking for an experienced, motivated personality, starting immediately or by arrangement, who will actively support our small but very friendly Finance team with positive energy.

Your Mission

• Independent management of the subsidiary ledgers (accounts payable, accounts receivable incl. dunning, fixed assets) for all country entities (CH, UK, PL, DE and US)
• Posting of bank transactions incl. payment runs as well as carrying out account reconciliations and clarification of discrepancies
• Support with accruals, posting of wages, revenue and VAT in CH, UK, PL, DE and US entities
• Collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (group-wide)
• Support of the Senior Accountants

What you should bring

• Completed commercial basic training
• Further training as Accounting Clerk is an advantage
• Min. 3-5 years of experience in Accounting/Rechnungswesen
• Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP Business ByDesign) is an advantage
• Affinity for numbers, accuracy and reliability
• Independent and organized way of working
• Proactive thinking and acting
• Enjoyment of working in an international environment
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken - mandatory
