Clerk Invoices, Invoicing & Dunning 60-80%

Your tasks

• Collaboration in the monthly dispatch of invoices
• Collaboration in the dunning process
• Collaboration in monthly and interim closings
• Operation and further development of our systems as well as collaboration in process optimizations
• Counter service as well as telephone service
• Processing of customer inquiries via e-mail

Our requirements

• Commercial employee EFZ or corresponding retraining
• Experience in finance is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the common MS Office suite
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, exact and reliable way of working
• High service orientation as well as enjoyment of customer contact
• Ideal age for our team constellation 25 to 50 years old
