Your Task ##

• Taking over responsibility for the operation and projects of a defined customer base; support and continuous further development of existing customer environments
• Advising customers on IT issues and support in IT Life-Cycle Management
• Functional leadership and training of the assigned support team
• Conceptual project work with a focus on success and cost compliance

Your Profile ##

• Education or further training in the field of informatics as a professional basis
• Several years of experience in technical project management and customer support; very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM and Teams
• Sound know-how in VMware environments, Horizon VDI and ESX
• Very good German skills and strong communication skills
